2006年北京市出生缺陷监测数据分析

The analysis of birth defect monitoring of Beijing in 2006

目的分析北京市2006年出生缺陷监测的数据,了解北京地区出生缺陷发生情况及影响因素。方法运用描述性统计学方法回顾性分析2006年北京市出生缺陷监测资料。结果2006年北京市出生缺陷发生率14.54‰;本市户籍人口出生缺陷发生顺位与流动人口不同;北京市城市出生缺陷率高于远郊区县,部分严重出生缺陷发生率在城乡间存在差异;北京市城乡间的产前诊断水平不同。结论应进一步提高产前诊断水平;加强对远郊区县地区预防神经管畸形的健康教育;关注流动人口的孕期保健。

Objective： To understand status and impact factors of birth defect in Beijing. Methods ： Retrospectively analyzing moni- toting data in 2006 by descriptive statistic method. Results ： The prevalence rate of birth defect is 14. 54‰ in 2006. The priority of birth defect is different between residence population and floating population in Beijing. The prevalence rate of birth defect in city is higher than in rural. There is difference in prevalence rate of some serious types of birth defect between in city and in rural. The level of prenatal diagnosis is different between in city and in rural. Conclusion： Should to promote the level of prenatal diagnosis consecutively. Strengthen the health education to prevent neural tube defects. Pay attention to the prenatal heath care in floating population.
