Modified milliard's repairing bilateral cleft lip

目的:探讨应用改良的Millard手术方法功能性修复双侧唇裂的方法和临床效果。方法:在Millard的术式基础上通过设计侧唇的红唇粘膜肌瓣,旋转于前唇下方重建唇弓,并增加鼻翼侧脚切口,离断口轮匝肌的异常附着,重建口轮匝肌的连续性。结果:术后患者上唇饱满,唇弓连续完整、自然生动,红唇丰满。结论:应用该方法可较好地可再造红唇,使唇弓自然连续,并重建口轮匝肌的连续性,术后形态功能俱佳,值得临床上推广应用。

Objective To explore the operative methods and clinical effect for bilateral cleft lip with modified millard＇s operation. Methods Prolabium was been reconstructed with the muscle-vermilion labial margin flap of lateral lip.The function of the orbicularis oris was been repaired by adding incision of the side of fibra nasi and cuting off of the anomaly adhesion of the orbicularis oris. Results All incisions were primary healing. The shape of the prolabium was lively and fullness; the repaired labial arch was integrated. Conclusion Modified millard＇s operation could repair prolabium and reconstruct of the orbicularis oris.lt is suitable to the therapy of the bilateral cleft lip.
