摘要
目的:探讨军队院校大学生校园压力的年级和性别差异.方法:选取西安某军队院校一~三年级大学生692(男368,女324)名.用《大学生压力量表》测试,包括30个题目,分三个分量表:大学生日常烦扰、大学生消极生活事件和个人烦扰分量表.量表采用4级评分法:0=无压力;1=轻度压力;2=中度压力;3=严重压力.结果:二年级军校大学生的压力(33.29±17.46),明显高于一年级的压力(25.21±10.36,P<0.05)和三年级的压力(23.59±12.67,P<0.05);男生在学习烦扰分量表的压力上明显高于女生(15.00±8.80vs10.89±7.42,P<0.05).结论:军校大学生活压力最高是二年级;其次是一年级和三年级,男生在学习烦扰分量表上高于女生.
AIM: To probe into the grade and gender differences in the pressures on military college students. METHODS: The sample consisted of 692 military college students ( 368 males, 324 females) from 1st to 3rd year at a military university in Xi'an. They get studied by the Scale of Pressures for College Students (30 questions) that was made up of 3 subscales. The scores they get were classified into 4 degree : 0, no pressure ; 1, slight pressure ; 2, moderate pressure ; 3, heavy pressure. RESULTS: The sophomore students (33.29 ± 17.46 ) were more stressed than freshmen (25. 21 ± 10. 36, P 〈 0. 05 ) and junior students (23.59 ± 12.67, P 〈 0.05). Male students were reported to have significant heavier college stresses than female students in learning tasks (15.00 ±8.80 vs 10.89 ±7.42, P〈0.05). CONCLUSION: The second year is the most stressful year and the third year is the least stressful year. There is a significant gender difference in learning tasks.
