摘要
介绍燃气轮机轮槽加工的难点,分析成型铣刀分层切削可行性并制定设计方案,根据轮槽型线的特殊结构,利用斜铲的方式,弥补了轮槽非工作面的径向角度偏小而可能引起的表面质量问题。本文论证了铣刀刃磨过程中刀具刃磨对铣刀轮廓型线的精度不受影响,证明了高精度燃机轮槽的铣削加工是切实可行的。
The paper describes the difficulties in milling disc groove on the gas turbine, analyzes the possibility of using several profile milling cutters and makes the design scheme. The surface quality problem possibly caused by low radial angle of non-working side of groove shall be made up by using angle relief grinding according to the special structure of the groove profile. It proves that the precision of milling cutter profile may not be affected in the milling process and is achievable to mill disc groove with high precision.
