摘要
以遗传背景为Landsberg erecta(Ler-0,WT)的拟南芥晚花突变体CS188为材料,通过干旱胁迫实验、NaCI胁迫实验、甲基紫精(paraquat,PQ)胁迫实验发现晚花突变体的耐旱、耐盐、耐氧化性都较野生型强,叶片失水速率测定结果表明突变体保水能力强,这表明拟南芥晚花突变体CS188的寿限延长与强的耐氧化性相关,同时耐旱性、耐盐性也得到增强。
The Arabidopsis (Arabidopsis thaliana) late flowering mutants CS188 ( in ecotype Landsberg erecta (Ler- 0)background) were treated by drought, salinity (sodium chlorine) and a strong oxidative named paraquat(PQ). The mutant displayed high tolerance to drought, salinity and oxidative stress in the three treatments compared with the natural type. Specifically, the examination of water -loss rate of leaves indicated that the capacity of keeping water of mutant was stronger than the natural type. All these indicated that the inherent correlation between the late efflorescence and the stress tolerance, and the interaction among the tolerance of drought, salinity and oxidative stress is significant.
