摘要 妊娠期糖尿病是妊娠期间发生或首次识别的严重程度不同的糖类不耐受,临床并发症多,发病率逐年上升。妊娠期糖尿病的发生与胰岛素抵抗有关。脂肪细胞分泌的瘦素通过中枢和外周两个环节参与机体的脂肪、能量代谢,被认为与肥胖、胰岛素抵抗关系密切。胰岛素可刺激脂肪组织产生和分泌瘦素,而瘦素又可抑制胰岛素,妊娠期糖尿病患者存在高瘦素、高胰岛素、高血糖,同时出现瘦素抵抗和胰岛素抵抗,“脂肪-胰岛素内分泌轴”失调参与妊娠期糖尿病发生发展。 Gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM), which brings the patient some serious clinical complications, is defined as any degree of glucose intolerance with onset or first recognition during pregnancy. The prevalence is increasing year by year. The development of GDM is related to insulin resistance. Leptin, produced by adipose cells, regulates fat and energy metabolisms through central and peripheral approaches and is closely related to obesity and insulin resistance. Insulin can stimulate production and secretion of leptin in the adpese tissues. On the other hand, leptin can inhibit insulin. GDM patients coexist hyperleptinemia, hyperinsulinemia, hyperglycemia in their body, and develop insulin resistance and leptin resistance. The imbalance of adipo - insulin endocrine axis is associated with occurrence and development of GDM.
