注射模热流道温度场计算机辅助数值模拟分析 被引量:2

摘要 热流道温度场分布不仅影响塑料熔体的性能,而且影响塑件质量和生产效率。现研究了注射模热流道温度场数学模型建立及求解方法,并进行了温度场数值分析,给出了合适的热流道温度场分析数学模型,可为热流道系统温度的精确控制提供科学的理论指导,最后给出了相应实例。 The distribution of hot runner temperature field in injection moulds affects both the plastic melt performance and the quality of plastics and production efficiency. The establishment of mathematical model for the temperature field and the computing way were analyzed. The numerical analysis on the temperature field was made on computer, and a feasible mathematical model was achieved. Then a practical example was described. The study provides scientific and theoretical guide for the accurate control of hot runner system temperature.
