摘要
压铸模在压铸过程中由于受热膨胀变形,导致模具零件之间配合关系发生变化,出现运动零件的“卡滞”,甚至“粘着”现象,无法正常地连续生产。通过对模具结构方案的改进,减小或基本消除了热变形对压铸模运动零件的影响,保证了模具在热状态下连续稳定地生产。
The thermal expansion deformation of die-casting dies during the compression casting process will affect the die parts fit-ring relation and lead to jamming or sticking of moving components. The improvement on the die structure can diminish or eliminate the influence of thermal deformation on the moving parts and help to manufacture steadily and continuously under the thermal conditions.
