通心络对不稳定型心绞痛患者血脂和血清C-反应蛋白的影响

Effect of Tongxinluo Capsule on Serum CRP and Blood Lipids in Patients with Unstable Angina

目的观察不稳定型心绞痛患者服用通心络胶囊后血脂和血清C-反应蛋白水平的变化,探讨该药对不稳定型心绞痛患者血脂和炎症反应的影响。方法选择40例不稳定型心绞痛患者随机分成两组,其中一组为治疗组(40例),给予常规治疗及口服通心络,另一组为对照组(40例),仅给予常规治疗。检测治疗前及治疗3周后两组患者血脂及血清C-反应蛋白的水平。结果两组患者血清C-反应蛋白的水平均较治疗前均有所降低,差异有显著性(P<0.05),且治疗组较对照组下降更明显(P<0.05)。两组患者低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)水平较治疗前均有所降低,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。两组患者LDL-C降低程度无明显差异(P>0.05)。两组患者高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)水平较治疗前均有所升高,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。两组患者HDL-C升高程度无明显差异。结论通心络胶囊能够降低不稳定型心绞痛患者血清C-反应蛋白水平,提示该药可能具有抗炎及保护血管内皮的作用。

Objective To approach the effect of Tongxinluo on inflammation and blood lipid in patients with unstable angina by observing the changes of serum CRP,HDL- C and LDL- C after Tongxinluo - treated.Methods 40 cases with unstable angina were randomly divided into treatment group （ n = 20,routine treatment added Tongxinluo） and control group （ n = 20,routine treatment only）, Before and after 3 weeks＇ treatment,CRP in serum and blood lipid was measured in both groups.Results After 3 weeks the level of CRP in both groups dropped to lower level（ P 〈 0.05） ,and the treatment group decreased significantly rather than the control group （ P 〈 0.05）.rIhe level of serum LDL - C was significantly decreased in both group （ P 〈 0.05）,but about the drop range was no significant difference between two difference （ P 〉 0.05）.Tbe level of HDL- C increased significantly in both groups （ P 〈 0.05）,about the rise range there was no significant difference between two groups （ P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Tongxinluo can decrease the level of serum CRP in patients with unstable angina suggests that it may depress vascular imflammation and protect endothelial cells.
