Common Bile Duct Calculus Removed via Bile Duct

目的 讨论经胆囊管行胆总管结石取石的手术方法，适应证及其优点。方法 总结分析54例胆囊结石合并胆总管结石病例的手术方法及操作要点。结果 所有病例均手术成功，术后1～4d拔除腹腔引流管，7-10d痊愈出院，无1例出现胆漏，随访3～24个月，未出现胆管狭窄。结论 手术方法简捷，恢复快，费用低，术后并发症少，愈后良好。

Objective To discuss the operative method, indication and advantages of common bile duct calculus removed via bile duct. Methods The operative method and key point of performance of 54 cases of such patient were analyzed. Results All cases had succeeded and pulling ont drainage tube at 1-4 d, discharging from huspital at 7- 10 d and no fistula. There was no stenosis of bile duct in 3- 24 months follow- up. Conclusion This method might be simple, recover soon, less payment and complication with good effect.
