体外冲击波碎石术结合碳酸氢钠溶石治疗尿酸结石(附20例疗效观察)

Shock Wave Combined with Sodium Bicarbonate Solution in Treatment of Uric Acid Lithiasis

目的观察采用体外冲击波碎石术结合1％-1．5％碳酸氢钠溶石治疗尿酸结石的疗效。方法 16例肾尿酸结石和4例输尿管尿酸结石，先采用输尿管导管逆行插管定位碎石后采用1％-1．5％碳酸氢钠溶石治疗。结果 尿酸结石完全消失，无1例出现并发症及逆行感染。结论 此方法是一种治疗尿酸性结石理想方法，具有操作简便、安全、痛苦少、效果满意、合并症少等优点，同时亦是ESWL治疗尿酸结石重要辅助方法。

Objective To observe the curative effect of combinated treatment shock wave combime with sodium bicarbonate solution of 1%- 1.5%. Methods 16 cases of renal lithiasis and urethral Iithiasis were treated with such method. Results The uric acid lith/asis was totally disappeared without complication and retro- infection. Conclusion This method might be ideal, simple, safe, satisfactory and less complication. In the same time,it is also be an importtant aided method of ESWL therapy.
