摘要
目的观察激光原位角膜镶(LASIK)术后角膜地形图的形态变化。方法应用TMS-2型角膜地形图对118例(217眼)术后病人进行检测分析。结果病人的角膜切削形态变化在1、3、6、12个月中,均质型逐渐增加,中央岛型、半月型及钥匙型逐渐减少,中央岛型对视力影响最大。偏中心距离越大,术后最佳矫正视力下降越明显。结论计算机辅助的角膜地形图分析仪,是观察LASIK术后角膜屈光状态的一种有效的定量分析方法。
Objective To observe the morphologic change of patient's corneal topography after LASIK operatlon.Methods The postoperative corneal topogaphy of 217 eyes of 118 cases were analyzed by using corneal topographic analytical system made in TOMEY eompany of USA. Results The homogeneous corneal suffae.e morphology following exeimer laser ablation increased postoperatively in the 1^st month,3^st month, 6^st month and 12^st month while percentage of semilunar,key - hole and central island ablating surface decreased gradually.The central island corneal ablating surface had a great influence upon visual acuity. Postoperatively, its best corrected visual acuity declined significantly with eccentricity. Conclusion The computer aiding corneal topographic analytical system is an effective methods to evaluate the morphology of the corneal ablating surface after LASIK operation.
