大鼠任脉、督脉不同腧穴的针刺痛阈相关性比较

Comparative Study on the Correlation of Pain Thresholds after Acupuncturing Different Acupoint on Ren Channel and the Conception Vessel of SD Rats

目的:对大鼠任脉线上“关元”、督脉线上“后会”针刺痛阈的相关性进行比较。方法:分别针刺大鼠“关元”和“后会”腧穴,以热水甩尾测痛方法测定其痛阈,并对结果进行比较分析。结果:“关元”腧穴针刺前(5.73±0.19)后(9.72±0.56)配对t检验比较差异显著(t=6.9763,p=0.0009);“后会”腧穴针刺前(5.85±0.14)后(9.31±0.37)配对t检验比较差异显著(t=10.6735,p=0.0001);“关元”和“后会”针刺后痛阈比较未见有意义的改变(t=1.5451,p=0.1830)。结论:针刺任脉线上“关元”和针刺督脉线上“后会”对改变大鼠热水甩尾痛阈具有相近的作用。

To compare the correlation of pain thresholds after acupuncturing Guanyuan Point on Ren Channel and Houhui Point on the Conception Vessel of SD rats. Methods： we acupunctured the acupoints Guanyuan and Houhui separately. Then we adopted hot water tail flick test to measure the pain thresholds and compared the results. Results： Under paired t-test- the pain threshold at Guanyuan before acupuncture （ 5.73 ± 0.19 ） was significantly （ t = 6.9763, P= 0.0009 ） different from that after acupuncture （9.72 ± 0.56） ; the pain threshold at Houhui before acupuncture （5.85 ± 0.14） was significantly （ t = 10.6735, p = 0.0001 ） different from that after acupuncture （9.31±0.37）. There was no statistical difference （ t = 1.5451, P = 0. 1830） between the pain threshold at Guanyuan Point and Houhui Point after acupuncture. Conclusion： Acupuncturing Guanyuan Point on Ren Channel and Acupanctufing Houhui Point on the Conception Vessel have similar effect on changing pain threshold in hot water tail flick test of SD rats.
