同轴插板式相移器数值模拟与实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 根据同轴插板式相移器的基本工作原理,对该相移器进行了数值模拟与优化设计,并重点研究了其结构工艺和相移控制方式。在此基础上研制了一个中心频率为4.1GHz的相移器模型,并通过矢量网络分析仪进行了实验测量。测量结果表明:在4.0~4.2GHz的频带范围内,该相移器可实现90°的相移量,相移量化精度为1°,相移精度为±10°,相移器插损1.5dB。 Coaxial-inserting-fin phase shifter is a new kind of high power microwave phase shifter. Based on the fundamental working principle of coaxial-inserting-fin phase shifter, numerical simulation and optimization design are presented and its structure and control system are discussed. A coaxial-inserting-fin phase shifter model with a central frequency of 4.1 GHz is designed and fabricated. Experiment has been carried out with the vector network analyzer, which shows that in the range of 4.0-4.2 GHz, the phase shifter can realize a phase shift of 90°, phase shift precision realizable can be 1° and phase shift precision is ±10°, the insertion loss of this phase shifter is over 1.5 dB.
