摘要
实现高速公路建设与经济的一体化发展是区域社会经济发展中的重要课题.本文在分析高速公路社会经济适应性内涵及划分的基础上,选取数据包络分析方法及C2R模型作为高速公路社会经济适应性评价方法与模型,该模型能够通过测算输入指标利用率对各输入指标的投入情况进行具体分析.最后结合辽宁省实际案例对评价方法、模型进行了初步验证,并对高速公路综合密度、建设投资和运输能力3项输入指标的利用状况进行了分析.
How to promoting the integrative development of these two systems is a significant problem. The author explained the connotation and classification of socioeconomic adaptability, and selected DEA (Data Envelopment Analysis) and C^2R model as the evaluation method. This model could analyze the input index through the calculation of utilization rate. Then, an example of Liaoning province had been illustrated and the final conclusion was impersonal and logical operation on the whole. Besides, based on the calculation of utilization rate, this paper analysed the utilization of investment, compositive density and transport ability of freeway in Liaoning province.
