摘要
针对接触网零部件疲劳试验机的数字控制进行研究,提出了自寻优控制策略,实现了控制参数的在线自寻优,补偿了执行机构的非线性环节,使得控制系统的增益能够根据负载刚度自动调节.试验结果表明,采用自寻优控制策略数字控制器的疲劳试验机,使上百种零件的动态力控制误差均小于2%,完全满足设计要求,现已投入生产运营.
This paper studied digital control of fatigue testing machine for catenary accessories. A self- optimization control scheme was presented, Parameters of digital controller was optimized by itself, and non-linear elements of process was compensated. The gain of control system would self-alternate according to the stiffness of specimen, Evaluation of resulting controller showed that it occurred to design the performance gaols of 2 % specimen load accuracy while providing hundreds different kinds of specimen with different stiffness.
