慢性病患者中医养生康复健康教育需求的调查分析

The inqury analysis into the needs of the noncommunicable chronic disease sufferers by TCM rehabitation education

目的了解住院慢性病患者对养生康复健康教育的需求,指导护理人员有目的地进行健康教育。方法采用问卷调查法对100名糖尿病、高血压、慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)等慢性病患者进行中医养生康复认知情况、知识需求及需求方式等调查。结果100名患者中有10%了解中医养生康复相关知识,有46%部分了解,有44%不了解;所有患者对养生康复健康教育有不同程度、不同类别的需求,对各项教育内容的总需求率均在90%以上,疾病预防、四季养生、中医食疗占强烈需求的前3位;医护人员一对一教育是最受欢迎的健康教育形式;73%的患者希望同时对家属进行健康教育。结论慢性病患者对中医养生康复相关知识掌握情况存在不足,需求较大;慢性病患者的自我保健、养生康复和预防为主的意识和能力有待提高。

Objective Direct nurses to conduct the health education with goals by understanding the needs of the charged Noncommunicable Chronic Disease sufferers. Methods Polling 100 Noncommunicable Chronic Disease sufferers with diabetes, hypertension or Chronic Obstruct Pulmonary Disease etc. about their knowledge, information and needs of Traditional Chinese Medicine preserved Healing. Results Only 10% of them had some knowledge of the Traditional Chinese Medicine Preserved Healing,46% knew part of that while 44% didn＇t know it at all. Meanwhile all of them had differences in the needs in terms of the extent, sorts of the Traditional Chinese Medicine Preserved Healing. The rate of their needs to all education contents were higher than 90% at average basis. Among the top 3 ones, disease prevention, post-ill nursing and recovery guidelines were urgently needed. One-to-one teaching made by the medical staff was the mostly welcomed. About 73% of the sufferers hoped that their relatives could be covered by health education as well. Conclusions The knowledge over the Traditional Chinese Medicine rehabitation education held by Noncommunicable Chronic Disease sufferers is still insufficient, however their needs are still quite large and health education offered by the medical staff is needed to raise the sufferers＇ awareness and capacity over their self health care, preserved healing, illness prevention, finally to promote them to build up good healthy behaviors.
