丹参对大鼠急性肺损伤防治作用的实验研究

Experimental study on the preventive and thepeutic effects of adix salviae miltiorrhizae on acute lung injury caused by oleic acid

目的观察丹参注射液对急性肺损伤(ALI)的防治作用。方法采用舌下静脉注射油酸复制大鼠ALI模型,随即将30只大鼠分为正常对照组(6只)、阳性对照组(6只)、丹参组(6只)、糖皮质激素治疗组(6只)和丹参+糖皮质激素治疗组(6只),并通过临床表现,W/D肺湿重与干重之比,支气管肺泡灌洗液中中性粒细胞百分比,肺病理学检查大体改变及肺病理组织切片等指标,对肺功能进行评估。结果结果丹参能改善ALI大鼠的肺淤血,不同程度降低BALF中中性粒细胞含量,减轻炎症反应,同时能增强糖皮质激素对ALI的治疗作用。结论丹参对ALI具有一定的预防作用,可以加强糖皮质激素对ALI的治疗作用。

Objective To explore the preventive and therapeutic effects of Radix Salviae Mihiorrhizae on acute lung injury （ALI） caused by oleic acid. Methods ALI of Rats was establised by sublingual intravenous injection of ALI. 25 Rats were randomly divided into the normal control group （ group A, n = 5 ）, ALI group （ group B, n = 5 ）, Radix Salviae Mihiorrhizae group （ group C, n = 5 ）, glucocorticoids treatment group （ group D, n = 5 ）, Radix Salviae Mihiorrhizae with glucocorticoids treatment group（ group E,n = 5 ）. The pulmonary function was evaluated through on the clinical manifestation,the ratio between wet weight of the lung and dry weight of the lung, the percentage of neutrophils in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid （ BAL F）, gross changes and pathological changes examined with light microscope in the pulmonary tissue. Results Radix Salviae Mihiorrhizae could improve the condition of pulmonary hyperemia, decrease the content of neutrophils in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid （ BAL F）, alleviate the inflammatory reaction so that the damage of the pulmonary tissue was alleviated. Conclusion Radix Salviae Mihiorrhizae had preventive and therapeutic effects on oleic acid acute lung injury （ALI）, and could strengthen therapeutic effects of glucocorticoids on oleic acid acute lung injury （ALI）.
