摘要
介绍了松花江大桥35#墩异形双壁钢围堰的构造,并用ANSYS对其结构进行了分析,得出了该结构的应力和位移分布,依据分析结果,优化了原设计尺寸,对提高产品的强度、刚度及安全性能具有一定的指导意义。
The structure of the special-formed, double-walled steel cofferdam for 35g pier of the Songhua River Bridge is introduced in the paper, the structure of which is analyzed with the ANSYS, and the distribution of the stress and strain of the structure is obtained. The original designed dimensions are optimized according to the analytical results, as a result of which the strength, rigidity and safety capability of the structure are much improved.
