某桥梁桩基断桩注浆(混凝土)置换补强技术

摘要 某斜拉桥发生桩基断桩事故,断桩界面混凝土松散夹泥,先用小钻孔植入钢棒,采用高压矿粉溶液切割清洗断桩界面,后压入水泥浆置换矿粉溶液,再压入水泥砂浆置换水泥浆,最后压入混凝土置换水泥砂浆,最终取得良好效果,经超声波检验桩基完整性达到Ⅰ类桩,经取芯检验,混凝土强度合格,取得了断桩处理的成功。比传统的变更设计或冲击清除节约投资和工期,经济、社会效益明显。 When a pile of a cable-stayed bridge breaks, the concrete surface of the broken pile is usually scattered and intermixed with mud. In this case, we could drill holes in the broken pile and implant steel bars and then clear the broken section by high-pressure dissolved mineral. After that cement paste may be packed to replace the dissolved mineral, and cement mortar packed to replace the cement paste in succession. By so doing, we can satisfactorily repair the broken pile. It's proved that the integrity of the repaired pier could reach to Ⅰ -level according to the result of ultrasonic detection and the strength of the concrete is eligible according to the result of the core inspection. This method is more economical and efficient than the traditional one, in which case the design would have to be changed or the broke pile destroyed. It proves beneficial not only in economy, but also in society.
