摘要
根据温福铁路客运专线福鼎大桥的施工条件,结合桥梁移动模架的施工特点,采用自行研制的MZ900S型上行式移动模架造桥机原位整孔浇筑制梁。介绍了造桥机的结构组成、技术参数和施工流程。理论分析、预压实验和施工生产表明,MZ900S型移动模架造桥机现浇制梁安全可行。
In the light of the construction conditions of the Fuding Bridge of the Wen-Fu Special Railway Passenger Line, and the construction characteristics of the mobile form for bridge construction, the homemade Type-MZ900S up-going bridge builder is used for the casting of the whole span of the cast-in-place girders. The structure, technical parameters, and construction processes of the bridge builder are presented in the paper. The results of theoretical analysis, pre-press tests and construction show that Type-MZ900S up-going bridge builder is feasible and reliable for the casting of cast-in-place girders.
