摘要
用复合木聚糖酶和纯木聚糖酶分别对三倍体毛白杨KP浆进行了单段预处理及后续ECF、TCF漂白,对比研究两种木聚糖酶对三倍体毛白杨KP浆的可漂性改善效果和白度提高程度。结果表明,两种酶都有较好的助漂效果,均可制得白度80%ISO以上、粘度能保持在1000mL/g左右的高白度、高强度低氯或无氯漂白浆,但二者处理侧重点不相同,可根据对漂后浆性质要求合理选择使用。三倍体毛白杨制浆漂白性能良好。若在ECF碱抽提段加入0.5%H2O2可强化碱抽提效果。氧脱木素作用明显,是TCF漂白必不可少的组成部分。
Biobleaching and following ECF,TCF bleachings with compound xylanase and pure xylanase separately of triploid Chinese poplar KP were studied to compare the improved bleachability.The results showed that both compound xylanase and pure xylanase could get high brightness( 〉 80% ISO)and high viscosity(about lO00mL/g) ECF or TCF bleached pulp,but their bleaching emphases were different and could be chosen according to the request of the character of bleached pulp. Pulping and bleach abilities of triploid Chinese poplar were good. Adding 0.5% H202 to the stage of alkali extraction in ECF could strengthen the effect. Oxygen delignification had a good effect and was a necessary part of TCF sequence.
