摘要
使用了环氧类湿强剂的湿强废纸存在再制浆困难的问题。本研究以育果袋纸(以旧瓦楞纸和PAE湿强剂为原料抄造而成)为湿强废纸的代表,考察了过氧化氢与次氯酸钠处理对湿强废纸再疏解效果的影响,结果表明过氧化氢倾向于更多地和已交联的湿强剂反应,而次氯酸钠则倾向于更多地与废纸中的木素反应。
The repulping of wet strength waste papers containing epoxy wet strength agents is difficult. In this study, fruit-growing pocket paper made from old corrugated card and PAE wet strength agent was used to represent a kind of wood-containing wet strength paper, and hydrogen peroxide and hypochlorite were used as repulping agent to compare their effects on fiber disintegration. The result indicates that hydrogen peroxide tends to react more with the cross-linked wet strength agent, while hypochlorite tends to react more with lignin in the waste paper.
