摘要
有机玻璃深孔加工因冷却和排屑问题,导致加工效率低、孔的加工质量达不到技术要求。经分析研究,把钻头改为大螺旋角钻头,并对其进行合理的刃磨,圆满解决了钻孔质量和效率问题。
The deep-hole drilling for organic glass has a low efficiency and the process quality of bore can't satisfy the technical requirements because of chip removal and cooling. According to the analysis and research, the problem of the unsatisfied bore process quality and low-efficiency can be solved satisfactorily by using drill bits with big spiral angle and adopting a proper grinding method.
