摘要
利用CMOS工艺设计一种用于SDH STM-4速率级(622Mbit/s)光接收机的前置放大器。采用商用SmartSpice电路仿真软件和CSMC-HJ 0.6μm工艺参数对该电路进行仿真。仿真结果表明:在5V电源电压下,该电路中频增益为79dBΩ,3dB带宽为560MHz,可稳定工作在622Mbit/s的速率上。
A preamplifier for the STM -4 (622Mbit/s) optical receiver in SDH system is realized in native CMOS technology. We have carried through the simulation for it by adopting the professional software Smartspice and CSMC - HJ 0.6μm standard CMOS techniques parameter. Simulation results show that the circuit gains a high transimpedance gain of 79dBΩ and 3dB bandwidth of 560Mhz under a supply voltage of 5V. The implemented preamplifier can operate well at standard bit rate of 622Mbit/s.
