摘要
分析Flash存储器的擦、写特点,以SST39SF040为例介绍了一种利用Flash存储器进行频繁数据记录的方法,并对所能记录的长度进行了计算。此方法适用于所有电擦除的存储器,实践证明方法可行。
The property of writing and erasing Flash memory is analyzed. Taking SST39SF040 for example, a method of using Flash memory to record data frequently is introduced, and the length of record is calculated detailedly. The method is the same with all kinds of Flash memory and EEPROM memory. The method is proved to be right.
