摘要
对二维切削中两侧方向毛刺形态的转换进行了系统的实验和理论研究。结果表明,两侧方向毛刺的形态取决于切屑产生的剪切应变ε。当ε<3时,产生尺寸微小的Ⅰ型毛刺;当ε>6时,形成尺寸较大,且其值呈饱和的Ⅲ型毛刺;当3<ε<6时,产生尺寸随ε增加而增大的Ⅱ型毛刺。同时,还发现了毛刺形成与变化中的形态转换规则和尺寸重叠法则,提出了若干抑制或减小两侧方向毛刺尺寸的技术和方法。
Critical condition of change in two side-direction burr formation is studied. The results show that burr morphology depends on the shear strain on the chip during orthogonal cutting. Three types of burr morphology (type Ⅰ - Ⅲ ) can result,depending upon the value of ε. Rules governing critical transformation and the burr overlap in its size have been found out. Means and techniques to diminish the burr size are given.
