摘要
设计了一种新型辊履支承系统,结构表明:其支承装置既可以改变托轮的单线支承为辊子的多线间歇支承,又可依靠自身的润滑系统实现支承辊子的润滑与冷却,无需滑履组大量的液压配套设备,可极大地改善了支承部件的受力条件,精简支承机构,突破滑履组受温度制约的局限,有利于提高设备运行的平稳性、可靠性,延长了设备的使用寿命.图7,参7.
A new rolling-shoe bearing system was designed. The structure shows:The supporting device not only changes the one-way bearing of roller to multiple-way intermittent bearing, but also relies on self lubricating system to realize the lubrication and the cool-off of backing roller. There is no need a large amount of hydraulic pressure corollary equipment of sliding-shoe, thus the system improve the force conditions of bearing member, simplify the components of bearing system, break through the limitation that the sliding-shoe is confined by temperature, increase the smoothness and the reliability of equipment operation , and lengthen the duration of equipment.7figs., 7refs.
