Xinjiang Uygur Cultural Prompting Association is an orgaoization which was cultural organization during Sheng Shicai＇s ruling Xinjiang. From the third to the fourth decades in the twentieth century,it had played a very role in minorities cultures and arts in Xinjiang. The author checks the organizational forms in detail, the author analyzed and expound the character and the task of the organization. The organization had self-contained system. Its organizational form was all over the whole xinjiang. If someone wanted to take part in the organization,he must be censored. It established the systems of a suit of prize and punishment. The article still checked the source of the funds of the organization. Its organizational forms offered an important assurance for developing educations,minorities arts and news activities.
