环境条件对染色珍珠颜色的影响及改性初探

摘要 为了解决化学染色珍珠在实际应用中存在褪色、光泽下降等问题,利用紫外线照射、人工汗液对样品进行强化实验,采用JEY-PS色彩分析仪测试染色珍珠样品在受紫外线照射、汗液作用过程中其颜色和光泽的变化情况。结果表明,紫外线和汗液对染料具有直接作用,玫瑰红色样品在紫外线作用下12h开始发生褪色,橙黄色样品在36h发生褪色;酸性汗液对样品本身具有一定的腐蚀作用,玫瑰红色样品在人工汗液作用下90min开始出现腐蚀现象,橙黄色样品在30min出现腐蚀现象。最后,采用纳米TiO2-聚合协同改性处理工艺对染色珍珠样品进行表面处理,使其抗紫外线褪色能力至少提高3~4倍,抗汗液腐蚀性能至少提高10倍,较好地解决了染色珍珠褪色与光泽下降的问题。 In order to solve the problems of fading and corrosion of dyed pearls in practical application,strenuous tests of ultraviolet ray irradiation and man-made sweat are carried out. The changes of the colour and luster of the samples are tested by using JEY-PS (China). The results indicate that the ultraviolet rays and man-made sweat have the direct effect on the dye. Rosy red and orange dyed pearl samples begin to fade respectively in 12 h and 36 h by ultraviolet ray irradiation and erode respectively in 90 min and 30 min by man-made sweat. By using Nano-TiO2 modification technology, uvio-resistant property of the dyed pearl samples is 3 or 4 times higher than that of original dyed pearls, and corrosion-resistant property of the dyed samples is 10 times higher than that of original dyed pearls.
