摘要
在推轧穿孔机和延伸机样机上对各种试验顶头穿孔、延伸试验结果表明,轧制18Cr一8N_2系列不锈钢管的Mo合金顶头,特别是经分散强化处理的TZM顶头,因其在1000℃以上高温时强度较高,而且表面生成的氧化物能够防止过熔现象产生,所以这种顶头的使用寿命较长。
Piercing and elongating tests on a press-piercing mill or a elongator using various testing plugs show that 18Cr8N2 stainless steel pipe can be rolled by the Mo alloy plug, especially by the scatteredly intensified TZM pltug which has long time service because it still has high strength under the condition of more than 1000℃ and the oxide produced on its surface can avoid over-fution
