摘要
综述了生物信息学的形成与发展及其数据库和功能基因组学研究;同时也概括了生物信息学在模式植物研究、种质资源保存、病虫害防治、作物遗传育种等方面的应用。
The formation, development of bioinformatics and the reserohes of bioinformaties database and functional genomics were reviewed. The applications of bioinformaties to the agricultural researches such as model plant, germplasm conservation, plant disease protection and crop genetic breeding were also proposed.
