福建省粮食安全的动态特征分析

Analysis of dynamic characteristics of food security in Fujian Province

利用福建省近年来的粮食播种和产量数据以及化肥、农药施用量数据对福建省粮食安全情况进行动态研究。结果表明:福建省粮食数量安全问题比较严峻,耕地面积减小和人口增加是导致粮食数量问题的主要因素;农药、化肥每公顷施用量呈现随时间推移递增的趋势,平均每年每公顷分别增加0.61 kg和0.034 t,前景不容乐观,需要引起有关部门的足够重视。

The data of sowing and yields of grain crops and application of fertilizer and pesticides in recent years are used to conduct a dynamic research on food security in Fujian Province. It is proved that the situation of food security in quantity is grim in Fujian Province, and decreasing of arable land area and increasing of population are main factors causing shortage of grain food quantity. Per hectare dosage of pesticides and fertilizer tends to increase along with time, and it increases by 0.61 kg and 0.034 t per hectare annually in average, respectively, which shows a dim prospect and needs to be paid enough attention.
