摘要
英语是一种介词的语言。虽然介词形式上简单,但对其的理解和翻译却是个难点。介词OF就是这样的一个简单介词。通过对五种介词OF形式的理解和翻译,可以从一个方面来全面认识介词的多义性特点以及在具体翻译中的运用,从而为英语机器翻译系统的研究提供一种选择。
English is a language of preposition. Although prepositions in English seemingly look simple because of their form, it, in fact, is difficult to understand them and translate them into Chinese. Preposition OF is just such simple preposition. After analyzing and translating 5 types of structures of proposition OF, the specific application and translation of the multisense characteristics of propositionswould be realized completely in some aspects.
