摘要
对收集而来的337份数据进行聚类统计分析,筛选出大学生个体人际交往能力典型特征指标。结果显示,自我效能感可以成为观察和评价个体人际交往能力的典型特征指标。对人际交往能力典型特征指标的观察和认识,可以为提高培养大学生人际交往能力教育活动的有效性提供依据。
On the basis of categorized analysis on the 337 data, typical features index of students' individual capability was obtained. The result shows that self-efficiency can serve as the feature index in observing and assessing individual communicative capability. A knowledge of such index can provide evidence for effectiveness in cultivating students' communicative capability.
