摘要
南四湖调蓄区地质灾害较为发育。如何防治地质灾害已成为南水北调东线工程成败的关键。采用遥感解译、野外地质灾害调查、工程测量等技术手段,查明了区内地质灾害主要为采空区塌陷、地面沉降、崩塌、渣石流等。其中采空区塌陷、地面沉降发生在人口相对集中地带,对区内居民生命财产安全造成的危害较大,同时也影响到调水工程的安全实施。灾害成因主要为不当的人类工程活动。采用模糊数学综合评判方法对区内地质灾害进行了综合评价,划分出地质灾害危险性大、中、小区。针对不同灾害提出了多元化采煤、回灌地下水、开辟新水源地、改变矿山开采方式及控制矸石山高度等防治措施。
The regulation and storage area of the Nansi Lake geo-hazards have frequently occurred. How to prevent geo- hazards has become the key to the east line engineering of south-north water transrer project. Adopt RS translate, geo- hazards investigate, engineering measures etc. technique means, find out the mainly geo-hazards are goaf collapse, land subsidence,landslide and debris flow, among them goaf collapse, land subsidence occurrence in the population relative concentrated district, endanger the safety of lives and property, also affect to the engineering safe implement, the geo- hazards because of main is not appropriate mankind' s engineering activity. Adopt the method of fuzzy synthetic assessment to divide big, medium and small three areas of geo-hazards, Aim at the different geo-hazards, puts forward the measures of diversification mine coal, reinjection, develop new groundwater wellfields, change the mines way and control the debris mountains height, etc.
