The features and main conclusion of unified consultation for State Grid Corporation＇s ＂SG186＂ project is introduced. Based on the assessment of current status of State Grid Corporation, the existed problems and improving direction in business application are pointed out, the main principles for improving project management design are expounded, and the relation between ＂SG186＂ project of State Grid Corporation and the construction of ERP system in Shaanxi Electric Power Company is also clarified.
