摘要
介绍了一台220 kV主变压器油中溶解气体含量异常增长故障的查找和处理过程,并对该现象的产生原因进行了分析和探讨。通过常规电气试验和局部放电试验排除了放电型故障,在吊罩检查中找到了铁心故障的证据,采取适当处理措施,消除了铁心多点接地和高电压下出现的不稳定放电,分析确定变压器油中溶解气体快速增长的原因是铁心多点接地故障引起。
The seeking and handling of the transformer fault caused by dissolved gas concentration increasing in a 220 kV main transformer oil abnormally are introduced, the causes of this kind of fault are discussed. Based on the electrical test and partial discharge test, the discharge fault has been removed and the core fault has been found out when making the hanging-cover check. Through adopting some proper measures, the multiple earthing fault of transformer core and the instability discharge under high voltage are eliminated. Finally, rapid increase in gas dissolved in transformer oil is analyzed to confirm that it is caused by the multiple earthing fault of transformer core.
