摘要
教育改革发展有赖于教育的思维变革。地方教育的思维变革包括更新地方教育的理论思维和实践思维。前者应将地方教育与国家教育两厢对应的感性直观认识,上升为教育文化对象、空间与视角的三维适应的理性复杂认识;后者要变“同而不和”为“和而不同”,即以构建和谐而独具特色的教育作为地方教育实践的目的,同时,建立体现“和而不同”的地方教育实践要素和方法的理念,藉以实现教育思维创新。
The development of the educational reform depends on the thinking reform of education. The thinking reform of the local education consists of the renovation of both the recognition and practice of the thinking of the local education. The former should sublimate the corresponding intuitionally perceptual knowledge of local education and national education to the rational complex knowledge of the object of education, space and visual angle, and three-dimensional adaptation, while the latter must change "Unity with disharmony" into "Harmony with difference". It is the purpose of the local education to construct harmonious and characteristic education, meanwhile to build up a concept embodying the practical essentials and methods of the local education--"Harmony with difference".
