摘要
人才结构包括人才个体结构和人才群体结构,人才结构影响人才效能的发挥。高校作为培养高层次人才的主要社会组织,对社会人才结构的优化产生重要影响。目前,高校促进社会人才结构优化的主要策略有:科学合理地定位高校的层次、注重发展特色;创新人才培养模式;关注学生生涯规划、促进个体成长成才等。
Talent-structure includes individual talent-Structure and group talent-Structure. It impacts on the efficiency of talents. As the key social organizations in euhivating high-level talents, higher education can affect talent-structure optimization. The strategies are as follows: locate the level scientifically and reasonably and pay attention to the developing feature, innovate the mode of talent euhivating, take note of students' career scheme and accelerating individual growth.
