摘要
教师的“生存”影响着教师教育工作的状态和质量。教师的社会性生存是对自然性生存的超越,而文化性生存则是对社会性生存的超越。在教师文化性生存的层面上,教育创新才可能真正生发,因为教育创新所需要的主体性、审美、自由恰恰是文化性生存的本质。
The existing in the article means the career and life, which affect the professional condition and quality of teachers. The social existing of teachers outdoes their natural existing, while the cultural existing outdoes the social existing. The education renovation can actually happen in the cultural existing of teachers because the subject, taste and freedom, which is the necessary element to education renovation, are the nature of cultural existing.
