摘要 当代大学生很关心人权问题,部分大学生存在认识误区。教学中应突出马克思主义人权观的基本理论;通过学习美国的人权史,正确地认识美国人权经历了长期的发展过程,人权的双重标准是美国人权政治特点之一;要全方位地介绍我国在人权方面的成绩和进步,引导学生公正客观和历史地评价我国的人权状况。 Sudents in universiites and colleges concern with the problem of human fights, but some of them have misunderstanding of it. When teaching, we should pay attention to the basic theory of Marxist view of human fights. And through the study of the history of the USA human rights, we will have knowledge that it has a long-term process in developing. Then we realize that double standard is one of the politic characteristics of the USA human rights. At last, it completely introduces the achievement and improvement of human rights in China to guide students to appraise the situation of human rights in China impartially and historically.
