摘要
文章利用DTG和DSC技术对牛奶纤维的热学性质进行了测试和分析,测试结果显示了牛奶纤维与其他纤维素纤维的相似性。拉伸实验表明,湿态牛奶纤维的拉伸断裂强力和断裂伸长均较干态时为低。
In the paper, thermal and tensile properties of casein protein fiber is tested and analyzed. TG and DSC curves of the fibers are similar to those cellulose fibers. The broken tenacity and elongation of the fiber in dry state are lower than that in wet state.
