摘要
研究了非调质钢35MnVN强化状态(淬火+低温回火)的磨粒磨损特性,并选取40Cr、45号钢调质后强化处理状态作了磨损性能比较。结果表明:35MnVN钢组织中的沉淀相对提高耐磨性有益;与40Cr、45号钢调质后强化态的耐磨性相比,35MnVN强化态的耐磨性基本与其相当。
The abrasive wear of a microalloyed medium caborn steel 35MnVN in a hardened state is studied in this paper, and compaired with those of quenched and tempered 40Cr、45 steels in hardened state. The results show that: precipitate particles in 35MnVN have a good contribution to wear resistance of the steel. The abrasive wear resistance of 35MnVN in hardened state is almost the same as those of 40Cr、45 steels.
