摘要 乙酰肝素酶是目前发现的哺乳动物细胞中唯一能切割细胞外基质中硫酸乙酰肝素蛋白多糖侧链—硫酸乙酰肝素的一种葡萄糖醛酸内切酶,在肿瘤侵袭转移中起重要作用。本文就乙酰肝素酶的分子结构特点、表达调节及其在胃癌侵袭转移中的作用等方面的研究进展进行综述。 Heparanase is the only endo-β-D-glucuronidase which, found in mammalian cells now, can cleave the heparan sulfate (HS), a side chain linking to heparin sulfate proteoglycans (HSPGs) in extracellular matrix. It plays important roles in the invasion and metastasis of tumors. In this review, research on the characteristics of molecular structure, regulation of the expression and their roles in the invasion and metastasis of gastric carcinoma were summarized.
