摘要
针对目前实施交联聚合物驱油技术存在交联剂分配不准确的问题,研制了一种微流量交联剂自动分配系统。介绍了系统结构设计、工作原理和技术特点。该系统在孤岛中二中、东辛辛50交联聚合物驱油的现场应用表明,分配误差小于3%,系统可长期无人值守运行,完全实现自动控制,加交联剂井可任意调整,单井交联剂浓度可以任意调节,充分满足了矿场生产的要求。
For the inaccurate distribution of cross-linking agent existing in the cross-linked polymer flooding technology, a kind of automatic distribution system of micro-flow cross-linking agent is developed. And the structure design, operating mechanism and technical features about the system are presented in the paper. The field application in Well Zhong-er-Zhong of Gudao and Well Xin-50 of Dongxin indicates that the distribution error is less than 3% and the system can operate automatically without anyone on duty for a long time. The system is controlled completely automatically. The wells with the cross-linking agent injected can be adjusted at will and the concentration of the cross-linking agent in a single well can be adjusted at will, too. The system can fully meet the demand of field production.
