摘要 目的:探讨猕猴大脑中动脉阻塞/再灌(MCAO)后海马CA1区胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)的表达。方法:采用猕猴MCAO模型,缺血2h,再灌24h,用免疫组化方法检测脑缺血后IGF-1蛋白的表达。结果:MCAO后缺血侧海马CA1区形态结构改变,神经元密度降低,IGF-1蛋白阳性细胞数与假手术组比较明显减少(P<0.05)。结论:MCAO缺血侧海马CA1区结构改变,IGF-1蛋白表达减少,提示海马内IGF-1在脑缺血损伤中可能具有一定的作用。 Objective:To explore the expression of insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1) following the middle cerebral artery occlusion/reperfusion (MCAO) in monkeys.Methods:The immnuohistochemistry was applied to detect the expression of IGF-1 protein following 2 h MCAO and 24 h reperfusion in 13 young monkeys either of sex.Results:Structural changes and neuron loss were observed in hippocampus CA1 region. The number of immuno-positive neurons were decreased after ischemia this region following MCAO (P〈0.05).Conclusion:The neuron loss and decreased expression of IGF-1 in hippocampus CA1 suggested that IGF-1 might play a role on cerebral ischemia.
