手术治疗颅底Willis环前部动脉瘤 被引量：1

摘要 颅内动脉瘤是由于多种原因造成的脑动脉血管壁上的异常膨出．是一种严重的脑血管疾病，通常被医生形象地称为“颅内炸弹”。这种脑血管病主要发生在Willis环前部循环的颈内动脉、大脑前动脉和大脑中动脉以及Willis环后部循环的椎动脉、基底动脉和大脑后动脉，具体部位多在动脉分又部、分支部或转弯部，以囊状为主。随着显微外科的发展，应用显微手术治疗颅内动脉瘤可获得良好的治疗效果。现将我科自2004年1月～2006年12月采用显微外科手术治疗的16例Willis环前部动脉瘤结果报道如下：
