我国高校研究生教育分类培养模式探索

On Sorted Cultivation Model of Graduate Education

随着招生规模的持续扩大,我国目前的研究生教育培养模式表现出一系列的不适应性。解决这些问题的关键在于改革、创新培养模式。文章在明确高校办学定位的基础上将研究生教育划分为专业学位和学术学位两种类型,针对不同的人才培养规格要求,提出了两种适用模式——校企合作模式和多元化模式,并从培养目标、培养方式和培养过程三个方面构建了具体的培养方案。

As enlargement of enrollment scale, many problems occurred in our graduate education. The key to solve them lies in reform and innovation of education model. This paper dividends graduate education into professional degree and academic degree on the basis of defining the orientation of college＇s education. Considering different prospects, it proposes two applied models-cooperative model between college and enterprise, multiple model. According to the aim, means, process of cultivation, we set up the detailed plans.
