指出当前军队转业干部这一特殊群体所面临的实际问题,分析了制约军队转业干部社会化衔接进程的主要原因,通过对军队转业干部社会化衔接的重要性和必要性的阐述,提出了加快军队转业干部社会化衔接进程的构想,以消除军队转业干部的种种后顾之忧,建设和谐、高效、满足需要的军事国防力量。

This paper, by analyzing the importance and necessity of socialized approaches to bridging officer demobilization, points out the current practical problems faced by this particular group and analyzes causes which mainly constrain their socialized approaches to bridging the demobilized officers. Further analysis is also focused on how to hasten the process of socialized approaches to solving the problems facing these ex-servicemen in order to eliminate the fear of disturbance in the rear which the demobilized may have. The purpose is to build harmonious and efficient forces which can satisfy the needs of national defense.
